I've been able to resume some running without worsening my achilles injury. Did rub a couple wicked blisters the first day- probably too many miles, but would also recommend wearing them outside the sock- which has worked just as well. I like that they are more adjustable than others that I have seen.

use playing tennis after 7 months off (twice/week) to help prevent Achilles Tendinitis from returning and it has allowed me to play pain free.
