This.did not help arm heal ,or relieve the pain. It was not long enough or offer enough support. Very Very Very disappointed. A waste of money in my case.

From the measurements, I should take a small, but small was way too small. Exchanged it for a medium, which is way too big. They need to revamp sizing for us women :-)
