This knee wrap, counter–force, provides support and warmth to the knee helping to alleviate patellar pain while still allowing the user full mobility. Made of heavy–duty, stretchable, fabric–covered neoprene, this knee wrap helps alleviate pain and discomfort from knee degeneration brought on by arthritis, old injury or normal aging. The knee wrap has two adjustable straps with hook and loop fasteners for easy adjustment and support.

uncomfortable, back of knee brace is stiff and does not allow you to flex your knee comfortably, ok if you don't bend your knee like squatting.It's not terrible but for me it did not do the job, i prefer the cho pat dual action knee strap, its great for all activities.
