Cho Pat Bicep-Tricep Cuff
Help find arm and elbow relief with the ChoPat Bicep/Triceps cuff. This elbow and arm brace is intended to help alleviate pain in the upper and lower muscles in the triceps and biceps, while stabilizing the area and protecting it from further injury. By applying dynamic surface pressure, this arm brace evenly distributes the pull and stress on the muscle tendons to help prevent injury. This arm brace may help treat the symptoms of Biceps Tendon Rupture, Tricipital Tendonitis, Olecranon Fracture, and other similar conditions. Perfect for helping prevent overuse injuries and in exercise activities such as weight lifting, this arm brace provides a convenient wrap around application for easy use.
Arm Brace Care Instructions
Hand wash only with cool water and a mild detergent
Lay out to dry at room temperature after gently squeezing out excess water
Do not wring or twist arm brace

Slide onto arm with the velcro straps positioned above and below bicep
Loosen and tighten straps for desired compression
Keep arm brace loose enough as to not restrict arm movement or cut off circulation
Keep velcro straps free of lint and other materials

From the measurements, I should take a small, but small was way too small. Exchanged it for a medium, which is way too big. They need to revamp sizing for us women :-)
